We are excited to have you join us in making a BIG impact on our local Northern Door County community!  Here are the steps to sign up:

  1. Complete the membership information form(Individual Sign Up or 2 Member Team Sign Up or 4 Member Team Sign Up).

  2. Sign and submit the Commitment Form.

  3. Payment Options.

    1. You may either pay by check or if we find there is enough interest in paying by credit card, you will soon be able to sign up for a quarterly subscription to make payments with a credit card (e-payments).

      1. Check: Please bring a check to the meeting to write out directly to the nonprofit selected at the meeting. If you cannot attend please mail your check within 3 days of the meeting.

      2. Pay with credit card: This is not in place currently, but if we have enough interest we will be setting this up. Please indicate your interest on our Survey.

  4. Fees - There are fees associated with maintaining our website, renting the facility, and supplies for advertising and meetings. SPOT generously sponsors our chapter of 100+WWC and covers a significant portion of our operating costs. Therefore, we do not have a mandatory annual membership fee but we pass a basket at the meetings for free will contributions. Please note these are not tax-deductible contributions. You may submit contributions at our meetings or contact us to let us know you would like to mail in a contribution and we will provide a mailing address.
